In 1983, to share the Mauritius we love, Lily and Emmanuel Tsang created a collection of t -shirts with innovative designs under the label Citadel. These T-Shirts were printed in our garage in Quatre-Bornes and distributed through souvenir shops for sale to tourists.  Tamak Textile has been manufacturing quality knitted and woven garments, including shorts, t-shirts, polos and tops, for men's, ladies, boys, girls and babies, mostly for the European markets.

Tamak Textile Ltd now specializes in the manufacture of quality knitted and woven wear for men’s, ladies, boys, girls and babies, usually decorated with printing, foil transfer, embroidery, appliques and strass. In order to guarantee both the excellent quality and the timely delivery of the 1.0m garments manufactured annually, Tamak Textile controls the total production chain, by doing everything in house, including cutting, sewing, printing and Embroidery.

It has built up a dedicated and experienced team of 150 professionals who ensure that every garment is made to our uncompromising quality using the best equipment and software. The Art and Design studio with a team of fashion designers and graphic artists create models with designs contextualized to the specificity of the market.

Your Requirements:
You are looking for a reliable "made-to-order" garment manufacturer, with full pattern making, cutting, sewing, printing, embroidery, washing and finishing facilities, to make your garments worthy of your brand, according to your specifications, supplied with all customized accessories, plastic bags, labels, hangtags and barcodes, ready for despatch directly to the stores.

Fitted Samples approval before ordering:
Send us your tech packs or your models samples, with details of quantities, fabric composition, Pantone ref colors, your size specs, labels, Hangtags, packings and other accessories. If decorations are required, details of prints, foils, embroidery, sequins, studs and diamanté, should be provided.
Based on your size specs, we will make the pattern of your garment and do the fittings of the samples on our dummies before sending them to you for your comments and approval.

Competitive Landed Costs:
We will get you the best quote in Ex-Works, FOB, C&F, CIF or even DDU, ( Delivery, Duty Unpaid. ) in Euro, USD and Pound Sterling.
Please note that for our garment, there’s no duty is payable in Europe, USA and Africa since we will provide you with the appropriate Duty-Free EUR1, AGOA, COMESA or SADC Certificate, confirming that our garment are made in Mauritius.
