It all began in 1983 when Emmanuel Tsang Mang Kin started printing Citadel T-shirts in their garage, featuring designs inspired by the natural beauty of their homeland, Mauritius. Citadel quickly gained popularity among both locals and tourists. With growing demand from Europe, we expanded to create a fully integrated garment factory, overseeing the entire production process—from concept to final packaging—to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery. Since then, the group has diversified and expanded into various business ventures to drive continued growth and success. From acquiring prestigious franchises to investing in property, we remain focused on seizing new opportunities for the future.

Retail Department: With 34 stores in prime locations such as Bagatelle and Tribeca Malls, the retail department showcases prominent brands like Adopt, Citadel, Bata, Bottega Verde, Funky Fish, and LiveWell Parapharmacie.

B2B Department Tamak Group offers a range of business-to-business services, including Manufacturing for both local and overseas markets & Sourcing equipment and products, mainly for the local market, for both third parties (such as Bata industrial shoes) and for Tamak Group’s needs, including retail POS systems, kids clubs, and amusement arcades.

At Tamak Group, our tech department is central to enhancing the value we deliver across our group’s three departments (Retail, B2B, and Tech). By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we streamline retail processes, optimize inventory management, and improve customer interactions. For example, our POS system is designed to provide real-time data on stock levels and sales, ensuring seamless coordination between our stores and online platforms. Additionally, our tech-driven approach allows us to better understand market trends and consumer behavior through data analytics, enabling more informed decisions that enhance our performance in both the B2B and retail sectors.
